Rental Policies
Here are some important guidelines regarding booking the property:
- Minimum stay is two nights ~ three nights on holidays
- The person who books the property must be over 24
- The property sleeps six. Inquire if you have an additional person or two. We might consider for an additional fee.
- This is a pet friendly property. Prior approval must be obtained before bringing pets.
- No parties allowed
- If you would like to have a special gathering with friends or family please contact us for approval.
Rental Rates
Nightly rates are $225 Monday through Thursday and $275 Friday through Sunday. Holidays are $300/night with a 3 night minimum.
The weekly rental rate is $1,500 per week and the monthly rate is $5000/month. A rental agreement and $500 refundable security deposit is required.
Additional information regarding rates:
- Pets are allowed after approval. A pet agreement is required and the pet fee is $35/pet/night. The weekly rate is $100 week/pet. Cats are not approved.
- A cleaning fee of $150 per stay
