La Casita is a lovely newly updated townhouse in Farmer’s Branch, Texas. The townhouse is set in a small, quiet community across the street from the prestigious Brookhaven Country Club. The location is very centrally located to the DFW metroplex. Accessible to both DFW and Love Field airports as well as popular DFW venues such as the American Airline Center, the Dallas Museum of Art, and the Klyde Warren Park. Close shopping is available at the Dallas Galleria and Highland Park Village. You can get almost anywhere you want to go in the DFW area from La Casita.
The townhouse has an airy fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that seats 6, living area and half bath downstairs. High speed WiFi is provided and a Smart TV in the living room as well as the kitchen. A laundry room is also available downstairs.
Upstairs is the master bedroom and bath with a shower and tub and double sink. Across the hall is a bedroom with a trundle twin bed that can double as study. You go through this room to a charming attic room that has a queen bed and sitting area. These two rooms share a full bath with a tub and a double sink.
Outside the back door you will find a quaint fully fenced backyard with a covered deck, seating for six and lovely landscaping. A propane grill is provided.
The townhouse has an attached garage with spaces for two cars.

An airy spacious living area with plenty of sitting for people to watch the smart TV, a gas fireplace and dry bar area. Find plenty of board games in the cabinets for a rainy family day.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a double oven and everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal for your family and friends. Prep your food on the island, sit at the bistro table to browse your cookbook. Or, watch the cooking channel on the smart TV in the kitchen.
Your Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Closets
The three bedrooms are upstairs. A large master bedroom with a king bed on one side of the hall. On the other side of the hall is a quaint attic room with a queen bed and cozy reading nook. Next to that room is a twin bedroom with a trundle. We have also created an office space in that room for those that are bringing their work with them. All bedrooms have smart TVs.
The master bedroom has a double sink and a separate shower/tub. The bathroom that services the other two bedrooms is also a double sink and a combined shower/tub.
There are two huge walk in closets that service the bedrooms.
Your Outside Dining and Landscaping
Outside you will find lovely landscaping and a covered patio with seating for six. Use the propane grill to create something special for family and friends.
